 - Here's how -
Go to scmplayer.net and pick a style of your music header then go to either youtube or soundcloud. Then, choose a music from either  youtube or soundcloud and copy the URL. Paste the URL in the Song URL. You can put anything in the Song Title. After you are done, you will have some settings such as:

Auto Play: I recommend this. It automatically starts your music player. If disabled, people will have to click the play button for it to start.

Shuffle Playback: Shuffles the order of your music. If disabled, it will use your original order you put by the song title.

Repeat Mode: Dropdown Options-Repeat Playlist (Recommended),Play List Once,Repeat Item

Placement of Music Bar: Dropdown Options- Top (Recommended),Bottom

HOW TO PUT IT IN YOUR FORUM

Go to the Admin Panel (Admins only) and go to "Style Manager", Then go to headers and footers. Paste the code you got into the header.
